The Leadership Award acknowledges a personal commitment of time, resources and professionalism to the organization, resulting in increased organizational capacity through the individual’s efforts and guidance.

Greger Award: This award honors a NOVAA member for exemplary work through leadership and service to the Northwest Oregon Volunteer Administrator's Association.

Lucke Award: This award honors a NOVAA member’s achievement of exemplary work through their vision and leadership in the field of volunteerism, and the significance of their contribution to the growth and direction of the volunteer management profession.
