Northwest Oregon Volunteer Administrators Association. The award is named for Gay Greger, a former volunteer coordinator for the Portland Parks and Recreation Department. She served as MCVPMA’s first secretary, developed its bylaws, produced its newsletter and spearheaded events to bring recognition to volunteerism, volunteer program administrators and this organization.
