2009 Oregon Governor's Volunteer Awards

New this year, is an opportunity to nominate an individual for a
Lifetime Volunteer Achievement Award!

Award Categories include:

Adult (18-54)
Senior (55+)
Youth (18 and under)
Volunteer Program
Youth Volunteer Program or Group
Employee Volunteer Program
Statewide Volunteer Program
Lifetime Volunteer Achievement

Nominations are due by Monday, May 18th.

The Governor's Volunteer Awards will be held on October 2nd, 2009 at the
Salem Conference Center.
